Data relevance is even more important than data avialability i think. You can have nice (big) open data sources (e.g. Copernicus, weather data, sensor data). But policy making asks for totally different assets. That's why the Knowlededge Base of this project is extremely useful!

Great points by Emvol and Anthi. I firmly believe that data relevance and reliability are the most crucial factors. The data availability can increase citizen trust but I am not sure if it can benefit the policy making at all.
