Seems a "mission impossible" to me. Better pursue standardisation and interoperability of systems, platforms, databases and applications. Harmonising it all will be very hard.

This economic sustainability (or financial sustainability more correct) is a GREAT statement. Although people usually think that policy making initiatives do not have to be financially sustainable, i believe the exact opposite.
