There should be something (a cluster ? an orthogonal structure >) on sector - specific challenges (e.g. Big data approaches in Health, Defence, etc)

THere should be a cluster (?) for novel - breakthrough - disruptive applications of big data in policy making (e.g. things that do not fall into the acquisition, clustering, modelling, visualisation cycle)

Think about the more technical challenges: BD storage, BD processing, and relevant things. (e.g. there is interoperabilty issues already, some of them are fairly technical)

Fine with the clusters

Yannis Charalabidis sector-specific challenges is one side of the coin. Blending epxerience, know-how, problem solutions etc. from heterogenous domains that might result to "hidden gems" is the other.
