It would be a good idea if the Better Regulation guidelines of the EC are taken into account for the development of new evaluation frameworks

Such evaluation framework should integrate as much as possible social impact indicators and non tangible impacts, including through the use of "dynamic perception surveys" and sentiment analysis for example.
